Councilman Marlon Millner
Marlon Millner was elected Norristown Councilman At-Large in November 2009, having finished first in a primary with five candidates earlier in May. Marlon was sworn in January 2010. He serves on the Public Works committee, and has served previously on the Personnel, Public Safety (Code Enforcement) and Information Technology committees. Marlon Millner is a freelance writer/editor and an ordained Christian minister, who works at a local church in Montgomery County. He is happily married to Diana, and they have two small children, a son EJ and a daughter Imma. He resides in the North End of Norristown. In his spare time he enjoys all things web, playing with his kids, and dining on international cuisine. As a non-native of Pennsylvania, he also readily admits to becoming a bandwagon Eagles fan, and looks forward to the 76ers with Andrew Bynum!
